- Family: £75.00 (£105.00 if three adults)
- Four Poster: £85.00 (£115 for three adults)
- King Size: £95.00 (£125.00 if three adults)
- Single occupancy may be available and price depends on room
- Discounts for longer stays
- Dogs free
- Kids (up to and including age 15) free
THERE IS A MINIMUM STAY OF TWO NIGHTS AT WEEKENDS (THREE AT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR)

Cancellation Policy
If you have made an online booking through VisitBrighton's booking system please refer to their Terms and Conditions at http://www.visitbrighton.com/site/on-line-booking-terms-and-conditions.
Peoples' plans change. We don't want to charge for a room you don't use, especially if we let it again anyway.
So, if we re-let your room we won't charge!
If you are a group (for example 6 people coming for a weekend) and let us know at least 7 days in advance, we won't charge.
If you have booked a double or single, let us know at least 48 hours before you're due to arrive and we won't charge.
If you just don't turn up, or are a group which lets us know less than 7 days in advance, or have booked a single or double and let us know less than 48 hours before you arrive AND WE DON'T MANAGE TO RE-LET YOUR ROOM we'll charge for ONE NIGHT based on the rate we quoted you over the phone or by email.
PRICES INCLUDE VAT. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES FOR USING CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS - YOU PAY THE PRICE SHOWN ABOVE.
We also accept Euros at the rate current when you pay.
For safety and comfort, the Avalon is non-smoking throughout. Please do not use candles or tea lights in the rooms.
